HOW WE WORK

We work inside your team, not on top of it.

Most agencies earn on the spend. We don’t. You keep the vendor relationships, the contracts and the books. We bring the planning, the negotiating and the execution.

  1. Discovery. The business goal behind the event: who needs to be in the room, and what should happen after they leave.

  2. Design. Concept, run of show, budget and timeline, built to your brand standards and approvals.

  3. Contracting. We source and negotiate every vendor; you sign directly, at cost.

  4. Production. On-site leadership from load-in to last guest.

  5. Reconciliation. Final invoices checked against contract and closed out with your Finance team.

WAYS TO ENGAGE

Single program

One event, start to finish: a summit, a marquee-event hospitality program, a launch.

Season or portfolio

A calendar of events, planned as one, for annual hospitality or tentpole seasons.

Embedded partner

Part of your team, on retainer, while you scale an in-house events function.

Fees are scoped in each proposal.
